My name is Liz. I'm a Craniosacral Therapist, Craniosacral Fascial Therapist, Reiki Master, and Psychic Medium in Virginia Beach, VA, though I hail from the Midwest. Becoming a parent opened the door for immense generational healing and unfolding of my soul purpose.

It's important to me that everyone I sit with in a session feels safe, heard, connected,  and educated. Not only is my goal to help relax you and/or your child, but it's important to me that you feel connected to support in wherever your path is taking you and your family.
